Experience
August 2023 - December 2023
- Sped up extraction of data from technical drawings by up to 3x through the use of multi-threading and parallel processing. Also made the service more robust by implementing error handling.
- Implemented guided tour feature which helped new users to get familiar with the platform, reducing the load on customer success team.
- Laid out the foundation for a new customer facing feature which would allow users to store projects on the platform to improve user retention and engagement.
- Worked on other miscellaneous tasks such as bug fixes and refactoring of code.
January 2023 - December 2023
- Taught CS2030S Programming Methodology II and CS2103T Software Engineering in AY2022/2023 Semester 2, and CS2103T Software Engineering in AY2023/2024 Semester 1.
- Teach course content to a class of 10-13 students, prepared slides, graded student's work.
- Achieved average feedback score of 4.5/5.0, greater than the average of 4.2/5.0 in the school.
May 2023 - August 2023
- Wrote reusable and flexible script to help reduce the time spent by the team and attention needed to research and finetuning of hyperparameters on machine learning models.
- Increased overall quality score of synthetic data generated through research and finetuning of models and hyperparameters from a baseline score of 64% to 88%.
- Led efforts in designing and developing front-end abstraction in React for software prototype leveraging on LLM.

Wouldn't it be nice to code in Singlish? Our project consists of a gamified development environment (SGStudioCode) for users to run, evaluate, and test singaScript, our custom-built Singlish programming language. Won 'Most Beautiful Hack' at Hack&Roll 2023.
